Business Plan, A written document that describes in detail how a business is going to achieve its goals. A business plan will lay out a written plan from a marketing, financial and operational viewpoint.




WHY EVERY BUSINESS NEEDS A BUSINESS PLAN?

7.        Product, Segment wise Sales & Growth – Actual last two years & Projected recent year) (For Production department – Should be Production Figures)
8.        Customer Segment wise Sales Projection. 
9.        Marketing Communication Plan (ATL & BTL) – To be done by Brand Team in consultation with Sales departments. 
10.    Competition Analysis.
11.    Dealer/Channel Partner wise Credit Limit & Actual sales last 03 yrs. 
12.    Incentive for Sales Team / Incentive for Production Team (Monthly). 
13.    Incentive for Dealer. 
14.    Variable Performance Bonus Scheme for the rest of the team (Quarterly)
